The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service across dining areas, bars, and guest experiences, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, professional, and memorable stay.

 

Job DescriptionWelcome guests and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experienceTake orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly and professionallyMaintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas, service stations, and equipmentSet up, clear, and reset tables according to service standardsAdhere to all departmental SOP's.Assist with buffet setups, special dining events, and private functionsEnsure accurate billing and handle POS transactionsCommunicate guest needs, preferences, and special requests to supervisors and kitchen teamsFollow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety policiesSupport the smooth operation of the F&B department by working closely with colleagues across sections

Qualifications2 - 3  years previous experience in a luxury hospitality, restaurants, lodges, or hotels is an advantage.Full grade 12 certificate.Relevant certificate or diploma in hospitality. Good communication and guest‑service skills.Basic understanding of food and beverage service standards.Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.Familiarity with POS systems is a bonus.
