Job DescriptionOaks Queenstown Shores Resort are looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team with both full-time and part time positions available.
Be part of one of Queenstown’s most exciting F&B launches, delivering unique dining experiences with panoramic Lake Wakatipu views. Our menu showcases seasonal New Zealand produce, including fresh seafood, premium meats, and organic vegetables, paired with a curated selection of New Zealand’s finest wines and global distilled spirits.
This role includes breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts with flexibility required across all seven days, including weekends and public holidays.
As a valued team member, you will contribute to memorable guest experiences by:
Accurately taking and processing guest food and beverage ordersDemonstrating strong menu knowledge and confidently making recommendationsDelivering professional, efficient and friendly table serviceProviding exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectationsShift Details (subject to change):
Breakfast, lunch and dinner shiftsRotating rosters across Monday through to SundayFull availability required, must be available to work weekendsSplit shifts may be required on some daysQualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:
