Food and Beverage Attendant – Part Time
WRAP on Southbank, Melbourne

Hourly rates (excluding super):
Monday – Friday: $24.95
Saturday: $31.19
Sunday: $37.43

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you’ll be a key part of delivering warm, professional service whether it’s a morning coffee, an à la carte breakfast, or assisting with room service. Your energy, efficiency, and friendly nature will help set the tone for each guest’s day.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet all guests warmly and deliver exceptional food and beverage service.Take accurate orders and serve food and drinks promptly.Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area and service stations.Assist with setup, pack down, and general operations of the restaurant or room service.Follow all hygiene, safety, and service standards.Resolve guest concerns calmly and professionally.

QualificationsPrevious hospitality or customer service experience (food & beverage experience preferred).Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.A passion for delivering genuine, high-quality service.Good attention to detail and a professional, polished presentation.A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.Availability to work a rotating roster including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
