Demonstrates the ability to perform specific competencies as listed on the Competency Checklist. Meets mutually agreed upon performance goals/objectives established annually as listed on the performance management plan. Quality + Adhere to HACCP/food safety guidelines/policies & procedures + Utilizes systems/processes to ensure patient safety, infection control practices, department security & HIPPA guidelines. + Maintain and adhere to Food & Nutrition uniform and personal appearance standards at all time + Report all hazards and unsafe work conditions.
