**Food and Drinks Departmental Administrator** A Full\-Time vacancy has arisen for the position of Food and Drinks Departmental Administrator\. Duties include: + Assisting in the creation of daily, weekly, monthly reporting as required + The upkeep and maintenance of F&D IT systems & applications + Addressing and resolving administrative issues promptly and effectively + Maintaining accurate records of employee hours, overtime and any other relevant payroll information + Attending F&D meetings and sharing information as required and where necessary doing follow ups + The Festive season reservations co\-ordination by maintaining, handling and coordinating all aspects of the restaurant and event reservations and as well liaising with guests, internal departments and external vendors to facilitate seamless reservation processes + Assisting in the administration of F&D related projects and F&D marketing as required + F&D team training co\-ordination and administration We are looking for a candidate who: + Is organised and accurate + Has a good knowledge of computer systems and is fluent in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint\. + Has good knowledge of the F&D operation + Is fluent in both written and spoken English + Is willing to work flexible shifts patterns as would be necessary to support the F&D Operation from an administrative perspective **Job:** _Food and Beverage_ **Title:** _Food and Drinks Departmental Administrator_ **Location:** _null_ **Requisition ID:** _HOT0BT21_ **EOE/AA/Disabled/Veterans**
