This one\-of\-a\-kind property boasts 12 different dining options, over 1000 guest rooms and is surrounded by the Walt Disney World® Resort\. Responsible for overseeing several food and beverage venues, this leader’s primary focus will be Harvest Bistro, In\-Room Dining, the Pool, and the Coffee Shop\.
The ideal candidate is a passionate, hands\-on leader with at least two years of supervisory experience, strong multitasking skills, and the ability to oversee multiple outlets\. Hotel and upscale dining experience is preferred\. This individual must be visible on the floor and confident in representing the team at leadership meetings\. We seek a seasoned communicator who drives accountability and demonstrates strong leadership\. Prior leadership experience is not required\.
**Shift Pattern:** Candidates must be available to work full\-time schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays\.
**Pay Rate:** $23\.00 per hour

**What will I be doing?**
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you would be responsible for assisting management in the direction and administration of a restaurant in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability\. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
+ Supervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members in all restaurant activities and operations
+ Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
+ Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
+ Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
+ Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
+ Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
