Doubletree by Hilton Bahia Mar Fort Lauderdale is looking to welcome a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join the team!

 

Our hotel, which has 296 guest rooms, is located next to the Fort Lauderdale beach, half a mile south of East Las Olas Boulevard.

 

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience with Food and Beverage in hospitality/restaurants.   The ability to work the required shifts. Prior supervisory experience a plus!

 

Shift Pattern: Full Availability AM/PM (Weekdays, weekends, holidays as needed)  

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

Ensures accurate controls for food and beverage inventories, pars, and pricing.Monitors daily sales, purchases, requisitions, and consumptions to produce a daily food cost report and identifies menu costing and control issues.Oversees the monthly inventory of all storerooms. Implements and monitors policies and procedures.Trains, supervises, schedules and assists in evaluating staff.
