**_Food and Drink Supervisor \(Banqueting\)_** **_Job Description;_** _A full\-time vacancy has arisen for a Food and Drink Supervisor to work mainly within the Banqueting section\. As a F&D Supervisor, you will work closely with the respective outlet manager in supervising the operations, manging a multicultural team and delivering excellent Guest Experience\._ _You will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards;_ _·_ _Lead the Food & Drink banqueting operations_ _·_ _Coordinate the team members and ensure that Guests’ requests are fully met and exceeded_ _·_ _Communicate and delegate tasks to the team_ _·_ _Ensure compliance of Hilton brand standards_ _·_ _Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner_ _·_ _Represent needs of the team including Training and Development and performance Management_ _·_ _Assist with achieving financial and Guest Satisfaction targets_ _The role requires previous F&D experience in a supervisor level, preferably within the Banqueting section\.
