· Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards.

· Lead and support the service team during shifts, providing guidance and resolving guest concerns promptly.

· Monitor staff performance and maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

· Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of food and drinks.

· Assist with inventory control and cost management, reporting shortages and minimizing waste.

About You

You have proven experience in a Food and Beverage supervisory role, ideally within a hotel or upscale restaurant environment. You are passionate about hospitality, with a keen eye for detail and a genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences.
