Food and Beverage Procurement Executive

Sets strategy, plans, directs, and manages Food & Beverage procurement activities within Hilton Supply Management (HSM) for partner hotels across Spain. This role supports Hilton’s group purchasing strategy, with a primary focus on expanding, optimizing, and governing the supplier base in Southern Spain.

Leads category strategy development, sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and distribution models to deliver competitive cost structures, assured quality, and operational effectiveness for partner hotels. Ensures savings targets, supplier adoption, and execution milestones are consistently met or exceeded. Works in close partnership with hotel leadership, Procurement, and Culinary teams to align procurement strategy while building and maintaining strategic supplier partnerships that drive spend optimization and revenue performance.

Position Summary:

Independently leads category strategies, sourcing events, RFPs, tenders, and contract negotiations for F&B CategoriesReviews, validates, and challenges supplier cost structures to identify savings opportunities, efficiency improvements, and commercial risks.Manages contract renewals and annual cost negotiations, ensuring alignment with market conditions.Partners with key hotel stakeholders, including Chefs and General Managers, to support supplier selection and transition to preferred suppliers.Analyzes procurement and financial data using tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Power Query to support informed, decision-ready recommendations.Light travel may be required 1-2 times per year for industry conferences or other related activities.

What are we Looking For?
Applicants will ideally come from a hospitality or multi-site operational environment and must have relevant, proven experience in Food & Beverage procurement, category management, or supply chain functions within a corporate or regional structure. Success in this role requires the ability to operate independently, exercise sound commercial judgment, and deliver results consistently in a partner-facing environment.

Ability to independently lead and execute sourcing initiatives - RFPs, tenders, supplier negotiations, and contract implementation across multiple hotels.Demonstrated ownership and accountability -  plan, prioritize, and deliver initiatives end-to-end with minimal supervision.Problem-solving skills - proactively identify issues, assess risks, and implement corrective actions in collaboration with stakeholders as required.Presentation and communication skills -  prepare clear, concise, and accurate materials and effectively present procurement strategies, savings initiatives, and recommendations to hotel and corporate stakeholders.Ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional collaboration with Hotel Procurement & Culinary teams and suppliers to ensure alignment.Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to review, validate, and interpret procurement and financial data to support strategic decisions and savings initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degreeMinimum of 5 years’ experience in national Food & Beverage procurement within Spanish Market, preferably supporting multiple hotels.Proven experience leading supplier tenders, cost negotiations and contract negotiations with demonstrated results (cost savings, efficiency improvements, or supplier performance)Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools used for cost and performance evaluation as well as ability to analyze data to find trends and opportunities for optimization.Fluency in English and Spanish.Ability to work under own initiative and in a hands-on capacity.
