The Outlets Manager will oversee the entire experience, bringing new and creative ideas to retain and attract business. They will work closely with the culinary team to deliver memorable experiences for our guests and patrons. Other responsibilities include: + Short- and long-term planning for the department areas of focus, including financial success, and customer and colleague satisfaction + Implement and maintain F&B sales and marketing programs + Hire, train, empower, and develop colleagues + Review performance and support career objectives of colleagues + Oversee payroll, scheduling, productivity, reporting, forecasts, inventory, and budget + Address questions as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality + Exercise quality control for both food and beverage + Ensure full compliance with Department of Health regulations and Hyatt standards + Establish, maintain, and develop processes and procedures to grow outlets performance The salary range for this position is $76,700 to $86,300 (commensurate with experience).
