**Description:** This is a full-time (up to 40 hours a week) position. Must be able to work 5 days a week, including holidays and weekends. **Role & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** The **Outlet Supervisor** supports daily operations of the food and beverage outlets in our hotel, and leads front-of-house team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role balances hands-on floor leadership, team coaching, cash/shift controls, and service execution to ensure brand standards, speed of service, and revenue goals are met. **The Hotel** Located in the heart of downtown Tempe near Mill Avenue and ASU, Tempe Mission Palms blends Southwestern hospitality with elevated service and vibrant dining experiences.
