A snapshot of responsibilities: guest satisfaction, compliance with standards, recruiting, leading and training of staff, payroll, menu curation. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, ability to work with a flexible work schedule, be a team player and a dynamic leader. As a leader of others, the F&B Manager’s influence on the business and customers is driven by the ability to enable the team to achieve success. This position reports to the Area Director of Food and Beverage and the expectation as a leader is to foster culture of care, develop the team, adapt and thrive with change and achieve our desired business outcomes and goals. _The salary range for this position is_ _$68,640.00-$86,600.00._ _This is the pay range for this position that The Seabird Resort and Mission Pacific Hotel reasonably expects to pay. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the daily operations of assigned food and beverage outlet. • Develop and maintain an enticing beverage menu, including cocktails, wines, and spirits. • Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver top-notch service and follow Forbes standards. • Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain cost control. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations. • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally. • Coordinate events and promotions to attract and retain customers. • Monitor financial performance related to sales and prepare reports for senior management. • Complete weekly payroll on time and weekly tip out program. • Coach staff based on Hyatt policies. **Qualifications:** • 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality F&B industry. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Extensive knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. • Proficiency in inventory management and cost control. • Knowledge of health, safety, and alcohol regulations. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service. • Ability to take direction from upper leadership. _All qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status._ **Primary Location:** US-CA-Oceanside **Organization:** The Seabird Ocean Resort and Spa **Pay Basis:** Yearly **Job Level:** Full-time **Job:** Food and Beverage **Req ID:** OCE001316 Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
