Position Summary: As part of the Task Force Operations Team, lead hotels, departments, or teams temporarily. Set and uphold brand standards, strategize for long-term success, and collaborate with TFO leadership, functional leads, and general managers for sales, profitability, guest satisfaction, and team engagement.

Responsibilities:
Follow directions from department heads, general managers, or per assignment supervisor. Assess assigned areas quickly and strategically enhance operations during your tenure. Ensure brand standards are met, exceeding guest expectations, and communicate actions. Act as the primary leader for your assignment, overseeing operations, guest and team satisfaction, and financial performance. Collaborate internally and externally, showcasing excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Establish credibility swiftly and maintain effective relationships.Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability:
Thorough knowledge of Food & Beverage outlet operations, including supervision, service techniques, and guest interaction. Strong mathematical skills for cash operations and understanding portion sizes related to pricing. Effective communication in English through written, oral, and report-related correspondence. Thriving under pressure and managing stressful situations during peak times. Instant adaptability to changes and flexibility. Proficiency in keyboard, 10-key, and Point Of Sale procedures for cashier functions.Requirements:
Travel readiness for varying task-force assignments. Minimum 1 year of experience (at employment level sought). Location within 50 miles of a major domestic airport in North America.Preferred Qualifications:
Hilton systems and brand training/certification. Experience in medium/big box hotels. Licenses/Certificates: Ability to acquire necessary certifications, including CPR and First Aid.Safety and Organizational Notes:
Adherence to safety protocols, including using provided PPE. Oversight of supervisory and hourly team members as per assignment.Availability to work seven days a week, including weekends and holidays.
Grooming/Uniforms: Maintain a well-groomed appearance following uniform guidelines.
