We are seeking a hands on, service driven Food & Beverage Manager to lead all F&B operations at our hotel. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences across restaurant, bar, banquet, and in room dining services while driving team performance and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
Oversee all Food & Beverage operations, including AM/PM restaurant service, bar operations, banquets, and in room diningLead all F&B hiring, recruiting, onboarding, and training effortsManage and execute banquet operations, including setup, service flow, and breakdownEnsure consistent, high-quality service standards across all outletsMaintain proper staffing levels and scheduling to support business demandsMonitor and control labor, cost of goods, and departmental expensesUphold all health, safety, and sanitation standardsAct as Manager on Duty (MOD) when assigned, overseeing the entire hotel operation during shiftsCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiencesWork Experience
