This position will report to the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage and will oversee the Pendulum 401 Restaurant and Pratt & Perk Cafe & Market\. This role will oversee aproximately 10\-15 front of the house team members per shift\. The ideal candidate will have 2\-5 years food and beverage leadership experience and strong interpersonal skills\.
