Food and Beverage Manager - Franchise
Job Requirements

As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: 

 

·      Ensure that each food and beverage outlet and conference and banqueting event is managed in line with key

service standards and specified profit margins as an independent profit center. 

·      Being experienced at serving high profile VVIP Guests such as; Presidents, Head of States, Ministers, Celebrities,

Company CEO`s, President of International Institutions etc.

·      Knowledgeable about Protocol Service rules and details, previously has been worked and served at such

environment.

·      Coordinate the formulation of the annual operating budget in determining outlet projected revenues and

expenses, manning, operating equipment and FF&E requirements in line with the annual business plans,

supported by key marketing plans as well as revenue driven initiatives.  

·      Ensure that the department operational budget is strictly monitored, all costs and recommend measures to

controlled well. 

·      Monitor and control vacation planning and minimize overtime for the department.

·      Maintain and apply all SOPs in line with company brand standards and local requirements.   

·      Handle and solve all the guest complaints, requirements concerning food, beverage and service, establish

clear procedures to follow up by entire F&B team members as well.

·      Ensure that all necessary paperwork and reports are completed and send to the relevant departments in a

professional and timely manner. 

·      Build and keep professional relationships with department colleagues and also all other departments. 

·      Make sure each department team member follows up grooming standards and wearing clean and proper

uniform.

·      Ensure that all department team members provide courteous and professional service at all times. 

·      Fully understanding of company standards and policies relating to Fire, Health and Safety also HACCP

standards.

·      Follow up and complete all other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned. 




Work Experience

A Food & Beverage Manager serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow: 

 

·      3 to 5 years’ experience as Food & Beverage Manager in a 5-star full-service category hotel with multiple

outlets and large banqueting operation.

·      Knowledgeable of Food & Beverage and Conference & Banqueting operations and skills. 

·      Working knowledge of mathematics, familiar with computer systems and Microsoft Office programs.

·      Flexible and responds quickly and positively to changing requirements including the performance of any tasks

requested from guests. 

·      Maintain high team focus by showing cooperation and support to colleagues in the pursuit of team goals. 

·      Strong leadership, people management and training skills. 

·      Guest oriented and able to confidently build and exceed service standards. 

·      Thorough knowledge of services, cost control in F&B, labor controls, beverage menu writing, maintenance,

merchandising, computer and accountings. 

·      Strong interpersonal skills and attention to details, passion for delivering exceptional level of guest service.

·      Thorough knowledge of food and beverage operations including food, beverages, supervisory aspects, service

techniques, and guest interaction.

·      Able to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.

·      Relevant collage or university degree from related fields.

·      Good command in English, both verbal and written to meet business needs, Russian and/or local Uzbek

languages are big plus.

·      Estimated monthly salary range for this position 1.700 USD to 2.300 USD Gross depending on experience and job

knowledge. A monthly bonus plan also will be implemented in line with the results of the KPIs.
