The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of front of house food and beverage operations at the club, ensuring exceptional member and guest service, maintaining high standards of quality, and assisting with administrative and supervisory responsibilities. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality in a private club environment.

Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred. 2–4 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a private club, upscale restaurant, or resort. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in POS systems and basic computer applications (Word, Excel, email). ServSafe or Food Handler Certification preferred.Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.Work Environment:
Professional, member-focused private club setting. Indoor and outdoor work settings including dining rooms, patios, and event spaces.
