**Description:** Summary This position is responsible for all areas of the food and beverage function. This includes but is not limited to managing inventories/budget, managing cost of food and beverage, scheduling and overseeing of events, banquets or meetings. In addition, this position will assist in training employees. **Qualifications:** _Qualifications_ Previous supervisory experience in a hotel or similar setting, flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays, customer service skills, ability to multi-task, familiar with Micros.
