The Food and Beverage Executive will be responsible for handling guest reservations, requirements and inquires for all Hotel Outlets via phone, email and internet platforms efficiently and seamlessly. As well as assisting the Food and Beverage department with administrative duties.
Some of the responsibilities include:
Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate serviceMake outgoing calls to guests to provide confirmations of reservations and relay event/dining related informationTend to special Guest needs and requestsAssists the F B Director with special events to ensure effective coordination across all FB departmentsTo assist in planning food and beverage reports, business planning, and PowerPoint presentations where required.To take minutes, draft letters, compose correspondence, file, and maintain an efficient trace system.To coordinate and ensure all menus are printed and readily available for the outlets.To assist the Executive Chef and Outlet Chefs with printing and formatting of recipes and menus, and that the database is maintained.To complete weekly reports as directed by the Director of Food and Beverage and Executive Chef.About Park Hyatt Canberra
