About the Role
We are searching for Brisbane’s best Food Beverage Leaders to help continue to bring to life our FB dining venue – Lennons Restaurant, a timeless Brisbane icon, where classic bistro meets elevated dining. Located in Queen St Mall, Lennons Restaurant Bar pays respect to its history from 1884 to the present.
Reporting to the Restaurants Manager, you will be responsible for the daily supervision of Lennon’sRestaurant Bar, In-Room Dining, and our private boardrooms. You will work with the Restaurants Manager to guide the Food Beverage operations as successful and independent profit centers whilst ensuringmaximum guest satisfaction and adhering to Hyatt International standards. ensuringmaximum guest satisfaction and adhering to Hyatt International standards.
Main Responsibilities
Supervision of FB Outlets including In Room Dining and our Studio BoardroomsProactiveness to move between our FB Outlets as business requiresTraining and development of all team membersMonitoring to payroll costs on each shiftEnsuring shift and daily checklists are completed in an accurate and timely mannerShift cashieringEnsuring our guests receive the level of service and excellence that Hyatt is renowned forHands on role, working closely with the FB team to constantly drive improvementOrdering and stock controlRequirements
Proven experience in a similar rolePrevious experience using Infrasys is highly regardedCurrent RSACurrently RMLV is advantageousShifts will mainly take place for dinner service, however, flexibility around working across all shifts including nights, weekends public holidays is requiredExceptional written and verbal communication skillsPerks:
