Food and Beverage Director Position Overview
Compensation: $110,000 BOE
Sierra View Country Club is a long-standing private member owned club located in the heart of Roseville California. For more than seventy years the Club has served this area and built a reputation as a welcoming and friendly Club centered on golf, tennis, dining and social connection. Sierra View functions as both a social hub and a premier recreational destination for an engaged membership drawn from across the region.
The clubhouse is the center of daily member life and interaction, offering a variety of dining and social spaces that support casual meals, dining events and year-round celebrations. Food and Beverage plays a critical role in the overall Club experience and is a primary driver of member satisfaction and engagement.
In the spring of 2026 Sierra View will complete a 2.4 million dollar renovation of the clubhouse. This project includes a full transformation of the Clubs signature members Jack Lounge along with upgraded dining and banquet facilities. The renovation represents a significant investment in the member experience and will elevate both daily dining and private events while setting a new standard for service delivery and hospitality at the Club.
Sierra View maintains a full year calendar of social programming that includes themed dinners holiday events golf and racquet socials and family focused traditions such as the Clubs signature Fourth of July Fireworks celebration. Dining at Sierra View is not an accessory to the Club experience. It is a core element of how members connect with one another and with the Club.
In addition to daily member dining the Food and Beverage operation supports an active private events business. With more than seventeen thousand square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space and scenic views of the golf course Sierra View regularly hosts weddings, corporate functions, holiday celebrations, charity events and golf tournaments. The Food and Beverage Director works closely with event management, golf operations and executive leadership to ensure polished consistent and personalized experiences.
The Food and Beverage Director is responsible for overseeing all dining and beverage operations and leading a service team committed to professionalism consistency and accountability. This role requires strong operational experience, sound financial judgment and an authentic approach to member service. The Director is central to delivering everyday dining experiences as well as milestone celebrations while maintaining disciplined operations and fiscal responsibility.
