We are seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to deliver exceptional hospitality and create memorable guest experiences. You will play a key role in providing warm and efficient service, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Hilton Adelaide is centrally located, overlooking Victoria Square. The hotel has 377 rooms ranging from guest rooms to the executive floor and suites. Hilton Adelaide offers unrivalled conference and events facilities comprising of 19 meeting rooms. It is the only 5-star hotel in Adelaide able to host 500 delegates to meet, eat and sleep, all under one roof.

What You'll be doing

\n\nPositive attitude and good communication skills\nCommitment to delivering a high level of customer service\nUphold Hilton’s high grooming and presentation standards.\nCalm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail\nReceive orders and serve customer requests completely in a timely manner, including but not limited to serving as a barista or cocktail attendant/bartender, if required\nUnderstand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities\nKeep your service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared\nEfficiently manage the proper settlement of all customer accounts\nAnswer Guest queries in a polite and helpful manner\n

What We're Looking For

\n\nPrevious experience in a food and beverage or customer service role.\nA passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nPositive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.\nAbility to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.\nKnowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.\nFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.\nExperience with electronic ordering systems and cash handling is advantageous\n\n
