We are currently recruiting for aPart-time Food and Beverage Attendantto join our team. This role will be reporting to the Food Beverage Manager.
Your role will include:
Ensuringthat our guests are offered the highest level of personalized service at all timesProblem solve any guest complaints and escalate where requiredTo provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all timesTo perform opening and closing procedures established for the outlet you are rostered inTohave a thorough understanding and knowledge of all Food and Beverage related services and products and, to have the ability to recommend Food Beverage combinations, to upsell and cross-sell.Role Requirements:
Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of commencementHigh level of communication skillsHigh level of grooming and personal presentationPrevious customer service experiencePrevious Food Beverage experience is highly regardedPrevious experience with Micros is highly regardedA career with Hyatt opens a world of opportunities.
