Folio SpecialistSHIFT: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday: 12PM - 9PM EST. OFF: Thursday & Sunday
PRIMARY PURPOSE: To expedite the Customer Service claims application process; to ensure correct case assignment; and to act as a customer liaison in assisting the customer with the correct contact person to resolve problems and/or questions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
· Receives and reviews folios from hotels and works with hotel to make corrections when needed.
· Places outbound calls to hotels to ensure clients checked out as well as problem resolution.
· Receives inbound calls to answer customer service questions, resolve minor issues, and creates tickets for additional tasks to be handled.
· Attendance during scheduled work hours is required.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
· Performs other duties as assigned.
· Supports the organization's quality program(s).
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience
One (1) year of experience in construction management, restoration and/or insurance claims and customer service required. Chronicle software experience preferred.

· PC literate, including Microsoft Office products

· Above average speed and accuracy key stroke skills

· Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
· Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.
