Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Tech Specialist Jr to support FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) review operations and business process improvement initiatives for a federal client. The ideal candidate will bring legal experience, analytical acumen, and a commitment to supporting modernization and compliance efforts through structured workflows and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct FOIA reviews in accordance with federal guidelinesProvide analytical support for business process improvement and modernization projectsAssist with facilitation, training, and methodology developmentDevelop and assess performance measurements to inform decision-makingDeliver weekly metrics reports summarizing key performance indicators

Required Qualifications:

Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)Legal experience or backgroundStrong analytical and organizational skillsFamiliarity with business management and process improvement techniques

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience using FOIAXpress or SecureReleaseExposure to E-discovery platforms, especially RelativityPrior FOIA review or federal compliance experience
