Focus Factory Controller
Essential Job Functions 1. Financial planning & analysis2. Apply knowledge of cost accounting & control3. Operational support4. Reports on the factory's financial management, including economic data, cost variations, and KPIs5. Develops strategies to optimize factory efficiency and improve profitability
Summary of Requirements (Qualifications, Experience, Skills) • Bachelor´s degree in Accounting or Finance• 5+ years of experience in Financial Management, preferably in a manufacturing environment• SAP System and financial reporting tools • English level (Advanced)• Microsoft knowledge • Strong communication skills• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills• High level of motivation and problem solving
