What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
Develop and implement a recruitment strategy to attract and retain talented employees, ensuring alignment with business needsSource candidates, conduct interviews, evaluate employment factors, and make salary recommendationsManage the entire recruitment cycle, guiding operational teams on recruitment projects and forecasting resource requirementsTake part in recruitment related projects, managing time and resources effectively, and applying skills and discipline knowledge to contribute to departmental workMake decisions to resolve recruitment related problems, operate independently in ambiguous situations, while reviewing your own work and mentoring othersCreate a strong connection with hiring managers to ensure a seamless transition for new hires and ongoing talent assessments, overseeing the offer process for external candidatesUtilize innovative sourcing techniques for senior and mid-level positions, enhancing candidate flow, and developing strategic sourcing solutionsLeverage employer branding linked to Pfizer Employee Value to maximize recruitment efforts, achieve recruitment metrics aligned with global targets, and design, develop, and execute additional program activities like Lunch-And-Learns and networking eventsHere Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
BA/BS &above degree with at least 5 years recruitment experience, could independently handle full cycle recruitment, prefer to have focal recruiter experience.Solid talent sourcing, interview and stakholders management skills.Experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, and social media/networking sitesAbility to conduct research, including data collection and reporting methodologies, utilizing various analytic toolsExcellent consultative, strategic thinking, problem-solving, influence, and interpersonal skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at a timeBonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
