FNOL Claims Call Center
AIG Claims Call Center Team is the first service role in notification to claims in Auto Claim and non-motor accidents. Our role is to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction that our customers can expect from our services, including providing information about our claims services when they contact our call center. Our team must be knowledgeable, responsible, have the ability to systematically solve customer problems, and understand the role of the professional service provider to support the continued growth and development of our business and organization. Moving forward as a business, we are rethinking the way we do business and reshaping our roles, responsibilities, and career paths. Our goal is to unlock the full potential of each of our employees, so they can grow as professionals and add value to our customers and AIG.
How you will How you will create an impact
Your key role is to be part of the FNOL Claims Call Center team that will serve customers who need assistance and create the highest satisfaction for customers and those who contact to notification accidents or inquire about claims. You will have to have deep product knowledge, be quick-witted and a good listener to handle customer situations with professionalism. Most importantly, you will be responsible for the assigned duties and work as a team. Have good working relationships in working together to drive the team to achieve goals and achieve mutual career success.
Responsibility during work hours is important for FNOL Claims Call Center. Accidents can happen at any time, so you must be ready to always provide service. No matter when a customer calls, you must be ready to answer the call quickly and be ready to replace each other with colleagues so as not to abandon the call unnecessarily.
What you’ll need to succeed
• Experience in notification accident and able to listen and converse in English
• Expertise and knowledge of products in insurance industries
• Responsible for work duties and maintain flexible working time frame
• Good listener and mature in analyzing customer issues and problem solving
• Proficiency in using various operating systems and able to learn new skills
