The FM Landscaping Specialist is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of landscape and irrigation services across designated neighborhoods. This role ensures that all landscape operations are executed to the highest standards, aligning with environmental sustainability goals and client expectations.

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise landscape maintenance activities, including irrigation systems, plant health, and seasonal planting schedules.Coordinate with service providers to ensure timely and quality delivery of landscape services.Monitor performance against KPIs and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.Conduct regular site inspections to assess landscape conditions and identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with stakeholders to address landscape-related concerns and implement enhancements.Prepare and manage budgets related to landscape operations and ensure cost-effective practices.Support the implementation of sustainability initiatives and water conservation strategies.Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, inspections, and service provider performance.Provide technical guidance and training to landscape teams and contractors.Ensure compliance with local regulations and client standards for landscape management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, or related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in landscape management, preferably in a facilities management environment.Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, plant care, and sustainable landscaping practices.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAFM systems.This role is critical in maintaining the aesthetic and environmental quality of community landscapes, contributing to the overall well-being and satisfaction of residents and stakeholders.
