As part of DPDHL, you will be working with a global network of CRE colleagues and benefit from a wide range of development opportunities. \nJob Purpose:\n\nEnsure compliance with the Preventive Maintenance Plan, Corrective Maintenance activities, Work orders Requests and Emergencies.  As well as the registration and closure of scheduled activities in the maintenance management system, to meet the Metrics or KPI's of the Maintenance Area.  As well as identify and ensure the necessary resources for proper maintenance of equipment, facilities and buildings. Having the supervision and monitoring of the services and activities of the suppliers of : cleaning, collection of urban solids and recyclables (recyclables), of MHE, fire prevention system. Reviewing attendance and communicating staff absences, compliance of the service in time and form, and verify that the documentation complies with the BPD in accordance with the guidelines of the FM area.\nYour tasks:\n\n\nPreventive annual maintenance plan and REM planon System records\nCorrective maintenance and request follow up to closed and record the proper documentation for pharmaceutical audits\nmanagement of spare parts and services necessary for the performance of the maintenance activities contained in the maintenance plan.\nprovide technical support for internal and external audits \nGenerate and prepare auditable reports based on good documentation practices (BPD) on technical activities\nManage repairs, maintenance, and upkeep of company facilities, including building systems, appliances, and outdoor spaces.\nWork with vendors, contractors, and property managers to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.\nBudget, dilapidation, Landlord communication, FM KPIS – People, QA, Planon, Operations and Budget.\nProjects Warehouse support\nEnsures policies and practices related to job area are followed\nUses network of contacts established by Facility manager to strengthen the organization\nAddress task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationships\nRegular contact with other specialist departments\n\n\nYour profile:Education Level\n\n\n\n\nEngineer degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or Qualified Technician with more 5 year experience.\n\nExperience Level
