**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding tanks and other industrial equipment with a strong emphasis on interpreting and utilizing blueprints. Your role will primarily involve welding, with a focus on Fluxcore and GMAW processes. Additionally, you will engage in fitting tasks once you become familiar with the processes and procedures. **Responsibilities** + Interpret and utilize blueprints to fabricate and weld tanks and industrial equipment. + Perform 90% welding tasks, utilizing Fluxcore and GMAW processes. + Engage in fitting tasks after familiarization with processes and procedures. + Use .045 diameter wire in welding tasks. + Perform structural welding, with proficiency in 3G and 4G welding positions. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience as an industrial welder. + Proficiency in Fluxcore welding, including 3G and 4G positions. + Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and basic welding symbols. + Experience in structural welding is a significant advantage. + Some stick welding experience is beneficial. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Fitting experience is a plus. + Not suitable for recent graduates; 2+ years of work experience required, preferably 3-5 years. + Preference for candidates with stable work history. **Why Work Here?** This position offers opportunities for advancement, allowing you to explore different departments. You must be comfortable working in confined spaces and climbing ladders.
