Airswift has been tasked by one of our biggest clients seeking a Production Technician to work in Yorktown, TX for 12-month with benefits. Rotational schedule 7/7 (not offering per diem for this one). 

Overview:
Responsible for safely and efficiently managing well and pad production across assigned routes. This role ensures operational metrics are met, production variances are addressed, and collaboration with technical teams is maintained to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze well performance using tools like Production Viewer, PI, and Cygnet. Identify and resolve production variances to maintain or exceed clean average targets. Conduct site and plunger inspections, ensuring compliance with KPIs and schedules. Maintain accurate coding and documentation of well statuses and troubleshooting actions. Collaborate with lead techs, optimizers, and foremen for support and escalation. Assist in other field areas when daily route tasks are completed.

Technical Proficiency:

Experience with artificial lift systems: plunger lift, gas lift, wellhead compression, and free-flowing wells. Skilled in using digital tools: Cygnet, Production Viewer, Power BI, Enbase, PI, GIS, Teams, Outlook. Familiarity with facility equipment operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting (e.g., separators, compressors, heaters, scrubbers, chemical loops).
