Flow Machining - Operations Supervisor

Partner with the best

As a Flow machining Operations Supervisor, you will coordinate and supervise shop operations in the Production Area of reference, following the directions of the Ops Leader and in line with Planning and Manufacturing Engineering plans. Ensure compliance with HSE, Quality and Integrity standards

 

Main Activities

Make sure that all team members follow the safety rules (HSE)

Promote a culture of Perfect Day and Stop Work Authority

Support Operations Leader in the organization of talks on HSE issues, Quality, Compliance and improvement initiatives (i.e. Ideas and Concerns)

Verify the completeness and the correctness of the documents (cycles, test plan, drawings) and engage, if necessary, the relevant Support Function

Collaborate with quality inspections on resolution of Nonconformity

Make sure that the tools and equipment are available and properly used at each workstation

Enable operators activities with expertise and facilitate technical discussion with Manufacturing Engineering and Engineering Department; Ensure consistent and effective shift-to-shift transition

Support line performance KPIs guarantying line accounting (i.e. DL hours, Inefficiencies, OEE performance, OTD…)

 

 Qualifications/Requirements

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM discipline, or a Technical Diploma combined with at least 5 years of relevant experience specifically in the destination production line

Availability to work on rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night)

Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken

A high level of energy and self-motivation, with a proactive mindset and the ability to work across teams and functional areas

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Valid EU work permit
