We're now looking for a Flow First Line Manager to lead and develop a team of Flow Controllers, ensuring efficient automation, smooth work allocation, and high operational performance.

✅WHAT YOU'LL DO

\n\n\nLead and manage a team of Flow Controllers, overseeing automation of the warehouse and efficient allocation of work\n\n\nDelegate tasks effectively to maintain operational flow and productivity\n\n\nMonitor team performance and uphold health & safety standards across all activities\n\n\nReport and communicate KPIs, driving continuous improvement and accountability\n\n\n

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

\n\n\nProven experience managing a team in a warehouse environment; FMCG experience is advantageous\n\n\nStrong IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Blue Yonder and Matflow\n\n\nIdeally will have experience within an automated warehouse environment\n\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence effectively\n\n\n
