Labcorp is seeking a US Remote based Flow Cytometry Analyst to join our team!

Work Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 PM–5:30 AM (3rd shift)

Responsibilities:                                                                                    

Performs routine high complexity analyses and interpretations of flow cytometry dot plots in the testing of leukemia and lymphoma specimensAnalyzes data that comes from the labProperly performs and documents quality assurance, quality controlProperly prioritizes cases according to policyAdheres to all safety, quality control and documentation policiesRecognizes problems that may adversely affect patient care and takes appropriate actionParticipates in required Continuing Education activitiesServes as an example and resource to other testing laboratory personnelAssists in training of personnelShows willingness to perform duties until they are completeAdditional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology1 or more years clinical laboratory testing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

1 or more years experience in Flow Cytometry in a clinical labMT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), CLS(NCA) or SCYM(ASCP) certification

Ability to work independently and within a team environmentProficient with computers; Familiarity with laboratory information systemsHigh level of attention to detail along with strong communication and organizational skillsAble to pass a standardized color blindness testFlexibility to work overtime or other shifts depending on business needsAble to travel onsite for onboarding and trainingAble to attend required onsite meetings: Local analysts are required to attend 4 meetings per yearAnalysts who are not local are required to attend 2 meetings per year with travel expenses approved

**Pay Range: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Plus 3rd shift differential

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
