The hotel florist is responsible for creating and maintaining high‑quality floral arrangements throughout the property.
The role requires anticipating VIP and special‑guest needs in collaboration with housekeeping, ordering and properly storing flowers and supplies, and keeping the flower work area clean.
The florist ensures that decor aligns with the hotel’s standards by recommending designs to the Florist Manager and stepping in to handle ordering in their absence.
Beyond floral duties, the position entails adherence to hotel policies on fire safety, hygiene and health; punctuality and professional appearance; and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues across departments. Participation in staff meetings and trainings, supporting departmental trainers, and adapting to changes or additional tasks as assigned are also essential.
