Job Summary Details:
  The Floor Technician is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all flooring surfaces within the facility. This includes carpet, tile, wood, and other types of flooring. The technician will use specialized equipment and cleaning solutions to ensure floors are clean, safe, and presentable.  

Location: Denver CO and surrounding areas 
Shift: Open availability
Requirements: Pass background check & MVR. Have floor, carpet care and machines experience. 
Payrate: $20.00 Hourly

Basic Qualifications:
  •  Must be 18 years of age or older     •  Have floor, carpet care and machines experience.  •  No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
  Preferred Qualifications:
  •  Customer service experience  •  1 year of similar work experience
 

Key Responsibilities:

Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors using manual and powered equipment. Strip, wax, buff, and refinish hard surface floors. Shampoo and extract carpets. Maintain equipment and supplies in good working order. Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor. Assist with general cleaning duties as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and cleaning standards.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in floor care or janitorial services is a plus. Ability to operate floor care equipment (buffers, extractors, auto scrubbers). Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper usage. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Work Environment:

May be exposed to cleaning chemicals and varying temperatures. Requires physical activity including lifting, bending, and kneeling.
