Floor Supervisor

The Landing Bar & Grille is seeking an experienced and motivated Floor Supervisor to help lead daily front-of-house operations. This role is hands-on and guest-focused, ensuring exceptional service, smooth shifts, and strong team communication. The ideal candidate is dependable, energetic, and thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This is a full-time hourly position with benefits.
Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service and address guest needs or concerns promptly and professionally Supervise front-of-house staff during service to ensure service standards are met Support staff with table management, pacing, and overall floor flow Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned Enforce company policies, procedures, and service standards Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations Lead by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements: Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift and carry items as required for restaurant operations Open availability required Must be able to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment Previous restaurant or supervisory experience preferred Physical Requirements: Standing and walking for long periods Lifting, carrying, and moving items as needed during service What We Offer: Competitive pay (based on experience) A supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth and leadership development
