Key Responsibilities:
Offering customers a high level of service through styling advice, product knowledge and store experienceAnalysing selling information and working with the store manager to maximise the sales performance of your department/ concessionLeading a team of sales assistants to achieve excellent standards of serviceSupporting recruitment and ensuring induction and training of new starters is carried outAssisting the Store Manager/ Concession Manager in identifying future talents and putting together development plans to support their progressionOverseeing store operations Being a brand ambassador and providing the best experience for our customersStepping into the role of Store Manager/ Concession Manager in their absenceQualificationsGood knowledge of store operations & standards from previous experience working in retail, preferably within a fashion environmentCustomer-Focused: You genuinely enjoy engaging with customers and lead by example in prioritizing their needs to deliver great service.Product Passion: You have a genuine interest in the products we offer and love sharing that enthusiasm with customers.Eager to Learn: Open to feedback and actively seek out opportunities for personal and professional development.Excellent Communication: Clear, confident, and empathetic in both customer and team interactions, able to provide clear direction and constructive feedback when needed.Adaptability & Flexibility: Adaptable and responsive to changing priorities and customer requests.Comfortable working varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.English language skillsDutch is a plusAdditional InformationThis is a full-time position with a temporary contract 1 year of 35 hours a week .
