As a Floating Machine Operator, you are working with team members for a common goal of reaching productivity standards while using food safety principals and documentation.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate up to nine production machines, including grinders and choppersCalculate, weigh, and measure ingredients according to specificationsMaintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all food manufacturing equipmentAdhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure timely productionServe as a Floating Operator, providing labor support across different departments

Education: High School

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience: 6 months

Physical:

Ability to work around raw meat in a cool, damp environmentAbility to work in colder temperatures, ranging 36-50 degreesAbility to follow direction and work with a teamAbility to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and bend frequently
