**We are searching for the best talent for a Floating Inventory Lead ideally to be located in Allentown, PA, however West Chester, PA, Raynham, MA, Warsaw, IN and Raritan, NJ may also be considered.**
**Purpose:**
The Inventory & Sales Transition Specialist will own the planning and execution of transitioning National loaner sets into the Field Sales Network, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize inventory deployment and support sales growth. The role involves analyzing sales density and regional inventory levels, driving efficiency through return policy adherence, and developing sophisticated analytics and dashboards. Teamwork across functions is key to ensuring impactful communication and continuous improvement, while mentorship is also a core aspect of this role.
**You will be responsible for** **:**
• Plan and implement transition of decoupling National loaner assets across the country
• Identify current inventory usage patterns calculate regional inventory balance and safety stock levels with historical sales data and demand forecasts
• Drive inventory deployment to fulfill current demand and enable the sales organization to win new business
• Uphold set return policy and drive accountability – set target improvements to increase efficiency
• Develops sophisticated analytics, dashboards, and insights to drive inventory utilization
• Works cross-functionally to provide valuable, impactful, and clear communication to business partners
• Provide mentorship to other team members and transfer knowledge across departments, Operating Companies, etc.
**Qualifications / Requirements:**
**Required:**
+ Minimum of 2 years business experience in logistics, commercial operations, medical sales and/or related experience required
+ Experience in WMS systems
+ Successful experience with leading and coordination of projects across multiple teams and partners
+ Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in interacting across all organizational levels
+ Experience in data management, analysis and visualization, with proven track record to connect the analysis to insights that encourage action
+ Ability to work independently and collaborate with various levels of management and external customers
+ Creative problem-solving skills
**Preferred:**
+ Intermediate excel capabilities and beginner proficiency in data visualization
+ WMS experience, specifically MoveMedical case scheduling platform
+ Experience with inventory and sales analysis
+ Experience with process improvement

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $77,000 to $124,200.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

• Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year

• Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
