Our team is committed to delivering compassionate, cutting-edge care to patients in our East Harlem office and surrounding communities. We are seeking aRegistered Vascular Technologist (RVT)to join our clinical team. This role is essential in supporting the diagnosis and treatment planning for patients undergoing vascular evaluation. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving patient outcomes. Responsibilities: + Performlower extremity arterial duplexandvenous insufficiency studies + Generate and upload detailed reports into ourEMR system + Collaborate with providers to communicate exam results and determine next steps + Assist with patient intake and escorting patients to consult rooms + Upload imaging studies toPACS + Occasionally travel tonursing homesto perform scans for residents unable to visit the office Qualifications Minimum qualifications include graduation from an accredited 2-year allied health program and two years of post-graduate experience or graduate of an accredited vascular ultrasound program, with the equivalent vascular experience and active certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) as a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT). + RVT Certification(Required) + Minimum2 years of experienceas a Registered Vascular Technologist + Proficiency inarterial duplexandvenous insufficiency exams + Strong communication and organizational skills + Commitment to patient-centered care Must have solid knowledge base of anatomy, physiology, hemodynamics, and pathology and how it relates to non-invasive vascular testing. Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross is required. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred qualifications include a minimum of two years' experience post internship performing vascular ultrasounds however, new grads with strong skills will be considered.
