Job Title: Float Family Nurse Practitioner Location: Florida (Float Position) Pay Rate: $74.84 - $79.11/hour (DOE) Schedule: Clinic hours are M-F 0830-1930 (lunch 1330-1430), Sat 0900-1730 and Sun 0900-1630 (lunch 1330-1400) Employment Type: Contract Job Description: Adecco is assisting the largest U.S. pharmacy chain in recruiting for a Float Family Nurse Practitioner licensed in Callahan, Macclenny, and Jacksonville. The FNP will provide patient care services remotely via telehealth, delivering evidence-based care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Responsibilities: + Provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health counseling for patients (18 months+). + Counsel patients on pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, contraceptive care, and medication management. + Educate patients on health maintenance and respond to inquiries. + Document all patient care in the EHR per policy. + Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and care team members. Qualifications: + Active, unrestricted TN FNP license (ability to obtain multi-state/compact privileges required). + Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification. + Minimum 1 year of recent primary care experience (preferred).
