As a Flight Operations Dispatcher, youâll play a vital role in supporting our training center operationsâensuring every mission runs smoothly, efficiently, and on time. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with backgrounds in customer service, scheduling, or aviation logistics who are ready to grow in a dynamic, high-impact environment.
What youâll do:
+ Coordinate and dispatch training missions using aircraft, simulators, classrooms, and instructors
+ Maximize training resource utilization while minimizing cancellations
+ Collaborate with Training, Maintenance, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth daily operations
+ Monitor flight activity and maintain accurate flight time records
+ Support training documentation and scheduling systems
+ Ensure compliance with CAE policies and regulatory standards
What weâre looking for:
+ 1â2 years of experience in aviation, scheduling, or customer service
+ Strong computer skills (Windows-based systems, MS Office)
+ Excellent communication and situational awareness
+ Comfortable working early morning shifts and weekends
+ Self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
+ Associate degree or higher preferred, but not required
+ Willingness to learn and grow in a structured, team-oriented setting
