**Job Description Summary** As Senior Flight deck, Materials and WA you will manage an heterogeneous and dynamic team of master planning, production control, work analysis and lean so to drive strategically the flows configuration and improvement, the process of demand and capacity alignment in cooperation with the other stakeholders of the Plant. You will manage production schedules and purchasing needs, will report to the Plant leader, supporting strategic plans, budgeting process, supporting the staff to define a vision for the plant transformation roadmap, generating a detailed plan and giving the pacing of the implementation. You will be the centered element of the improvement plan will be a key player for implementing the strategy of the Plant. You will ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs, optimize inventory and process improvements and develops operational plan for the own department. **Job Description** **Essential Responsibilities** + Manage materials KPI’s such as Delinquency, on time delivery + Manage KPI inventory and recovering plan: inventory monitoring and identification and leading of actions for inventory reduction/turns increasing. + DLP metric control, coordination among staff stakeholders to reach productivity + Manage direct and indirect material + Support Plant Leader on capacity planning and customer fulfillment in short, medium and long term horizons + Improve competencies and vision on material managing starting from raw material warehouse to finish good one, moving through WIP + Lead the improvement plan of the Plant, both continuous and step improvement. + Develop a strong basis for Daily Management and will implement Leader Standard work at the staff level, leading by example and using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies. **Qualifications/Requirements** + Master's Degree in Engineering or related fields. + Previous experience in a similar role. + Fluent in Italian and English. + Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required. + Customer Centered vision. + Ability to handle, along with cost structure, main functions interaction and willingness to approach problems using structured lean and six sigma methodologies. + Hands-on approach, ability to learn by doing and push the organization to shift to the same model of learning process. + Humble, Energetic, and motivated. + Passionate about engaging people and is able to communicate at any level of the organization. **What we offer** **Smart working and work life-balance** Avio Aero, when possible, promotes remote work and encourages a good, healthy and satisfying work-life balance.
