Description We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in flexographic printing within the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in operating and maintaining flexographic printing equipment, a keen eye for detail, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities: + Operate and manage flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality prints that meet production standards. + Review and ensure adherence to job specifications, including color matching, registration, and print alignment. + Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of flexographic printing equipment to minimize downtime. + Collaborate with production and quality control teams to achieve efficiency and product excellence. + Monitor production processes and implement adjustments to maintain output consistency. + Maintain accurate records of production metrics, material usage, and machine performance. + Follow safety protocols and promote a safe working environment at all times. Requirements Qualifications: + Experience: Minimum of 3 of experience operating flexographic printing machines in a manufacturing or industrial setting. + Technical Skills: Strong understanding of flexographic printing processes, including plate mounting, ink control, and substrate handling. + Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to printing equipment and processes. + Collaboration: Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams. + Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring print accuracy, minimizing errors, and maintaining quality standards. + Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to consistently meet production deadlines.
