Salary: $49,920 - $64,480 The Press Operator is responsible for setting up and operating Flexographic equipment such as the MA 2200. This role requires strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to assist team members as needed. Responsibilities : + Set up and operate MA 2200 or similar Flexographic Printing Press. + Perform equipment maintenance. + Maintain inventory of support supplies + Keep a clean and organized work area. + Assist team members as needed. + Perform additional duties as necessary. Basic Hiring Criteria : + High School Graduate or equivalent. + Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Flexographic Printing. + Experience with MA 2200 preferred. Desired Qualifications : + Knowledge of Flexographic Printing, ink theory, press maintenance, troubleshooting, etc. + Strong understanding of color matching. + Ability to read and understand work instructions. + Ability to lift up to 50lbs. + Capable of standing for extended periods.
