This role involves planning, directing, and coordinating activities related to the enterprise procurement transformation initiative as well as other projects supporting the Global Procurement business. This role requires a blend of project management expertise, technical proficiency, and a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices is a plus. Collaborate with program management and business transformation teams as the technology implementation lead to manage priorities, communications, risks, issues and remove blockers, driving continuous improvement throughout project lifecycles. The Senior Project Manager will also facilitate program increment (PI) planning sessions, maintain the Jira board, and manage tasks associated with these responsibilities, ensuring adherence to Agile principles. **CANDIDATE PROFILE** Education and Experience Required: + Undergraduate degree or equivalent relevant experience / certifications + 7+ years of IT project management experience including: + 4+ years of Agile experience using Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies + 4+ years managing enterprise level technology implementation projects + 2+ years working with tools such as Atlassian (JIRA/Confluence) + 3+ years IT leadership experience, including budget management + Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite and applications + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams. Preferred: + Experience with large transformation initiatives + PMP, SAFe, Agile and ITIL v4 Certifications + Broad technical acumen across multiple technical disciplines, e.g. digital web development, SaaS products, middleware, API, microservices development, etc. + Familiarity with procurement technologies (e.g., Coupa S2P, Sirion CLM, Oracle Fusion Cloud), data analytics tools, and cloud-based solutions. + Strong business acumen across multiple business disciplines (Procurement, Finance, etc.) + Experience with business process design and key deliverables + Thorough knowledge of current disaster recovery planning techniques and technologies + Ability to work across organizational boundaries and lead change + Familiarity with NIST / other Standards e.g., NIST SP 800-34, NIST SP 800-53, ISO 22301 + High level of interpersonal skills + Skilled in conceptualizing creative solutions, documenting them, and presenting/selling them to senior management. **CORE WORK ACTIVITIES** **Project Leadership** + Lead technology initiatives to improve procurement processes, such as strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier relationship management, and payment processing. + Function as escalation for project teams to resolve issue + Collaborate with Program Management, Business Transformation, Change Management teams to reports project status to Senior/Executive Leadership in a regular cadence + Develop cost plans and project estimates for Demands in pipeline + Partners with leadership and stakeholders across Global Technology and the Global Procurement business to ensure delivery of projects + Manage work plan of vendors and system integrators **Managing Projects** + Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. + Manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and budget allocation. + Monitor project progress, track milestones, and identify and mitigate risks and issues. + Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. + Help identify and deploy resources required for projects. + Inform the appropriate stakeholders of project status and issues + Interface with vendor(s) for programs under direct control + Facilitate Global Information Security (GIS) engagements with vendors + Identify and track GIS issues coming due in next 4-6 weeks. + Remove any blockers for the teams working these issues. The pay range for this position is $52.06 to $85.19 per hour.
