The Senior Manager, Corporate Recruiting Operations plays a pivotal role in leading two key teams that support full lifecycle recruitment and Flex day-to-day operations for the Corporate Office. The Senior Manager serves as the primary point of escalation for operational issues, develops continuous improvement strategies, and maintains strong partnerships with both Recruiters and the India-based team. Success in this role requires a strong background in recruitment operations, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement. FLEX is a temporary full-time position with an initial assignment of one year and the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. This is a remote position, and we’re open to any location and time zone in the United States. **CANDIDATE PROFILE** **Education and Experience** _Required_ + Minimum 5 years’ Talent Acquisition experience, inclusive of at least 2 years leading a team of Recruiters and/or Coordinators + Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) and prior experience with TA Platforms such as Oracle HCM + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management or a related field _Preferred_ + Prior Hospitality or Consulting experience + Experience transitioning RPO practices to in-house functions, including managing onboarding and sunsetting processes. **CORE WORK ACTIVITIES** + Lead a team of Senior Recruiting Coordinators to support full lifecycle recruiting for the corporate office, including Flex and FTE processes. + Requisition Management: Create, maintain, and audit requisition files for FTE requisitions. + Interview Scheduling: Schedule Technical Screens and Star Interviews (individual and team), progress candidates' status in applicant tracking system for FTE requisitions. + Logistics Coordination: Organize travel planning for external candidates and billing administration, building interview escorts + Executive Assessment: Registering candidates, distributing results to hiring team and scheduling feedback sessions + Offer Management: Create offer letters, administer pre-hire checks (trigger & monitor), handle adjudications (PHA and adverse action) and complete QA Checklist + Hire and Onboard: Send welcome emails, schedule and verify I9 forms, complete E-Verify process, sign up new hires for orientation (NHO) + Program Leadership: Talent Attraction, I9 Administration, Perm Residency, Non-Posted/Promotions in Place, Flex Administration. + Act as the primary point of escalation for any operational issues, monitoring trends and challenges to develop continuous improvement strategies. + Assist with creating, updating, and enhancing job aids and training materials to ensure the operations manual is up-to-date and understood. + Coach and train Recruiting Coordinators on the selection process, changes, and evolutions, while refreshing areas that need focus. + Build strong partnerships with recruiters, serving as a resource for training and refreshing on process and compliance standards. + Work in close cooperation with the India Team for all pre- and post-selection process action steps. + Oversee a separate team responsible for accounting, payroll, and ongoing flex assignment management, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to company policies and standards. + Directly facilitate the Marriott Referral process, including reporting, emails, tracking, and providing weekly updates. + Drive performance and productivity through comprehensive reporting and auditing processes. + New Hire report, run twice a week + Bottleneck report, run 3 to 5 times a week + Current Openings Report, run weekly for Recruiter status updates + Salary Report, run monthly to provide recruiters with internal data for compensation recommendations + Offer Tracking, run monthly combination of positions filled and offer details + Executive Assessment Feedback Scheduling, run monthly + Audit Maryland Transparency, Req File, Team Performance, Marriott Offer Letter and HR Tracking **SKILLS** + Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation development and delivery skills. + Ability to perform independently with limited supervision. + Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with a broad group of stakeholders. + Collaborates, addresses conflict, and resolves issues in a timely and effective manner. + Demonstrates a high degree of integrity in dealing with sensitive information. + Maintains a positive attitude and professional demeanor even when faced with conflict or change of direction. + Strong analytical skills; analyze and assess situations to find effective solutions; creative problem solver; engages in fixing the problem; makes decisions using data. The pay range for this position is $47.35 to $70.96 per hour. **Washington Applicants Only:** Employees will accrue 0.0334 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 9 holidays annually.
